At the initial stage of the construction of charging pile facilities, there will be a phenomenon that the charging pile is built too ahead of schedule or the charging pile is fenced in. We give priority to building the charging pile without considering the rationality of the layout. In the second and third tier cities with relatively low new energy vehicle ownership rate, the establishment of dozens of charging stations can meet the corresponding charging demand. However, in the early stage of development, some enterprise operators may give priority to land occupation, layout the construction of charging stations in advance, and fail to reasonably build charging piles according to different scenarios.

2、 Public charging is difficult, takes too long, and has potential safety hazards; The product quality and management of electric vehicle charging pile need to be improved. More than 20% of users have encountered the problem of untimely failure repair when using the charging pile of public electric vehicles, 35.3% of users have encountered the problem of finding the pile, and 28.3% of users have encountered the problem of parking space occupied by fuel vehicles. The imperfect service ability and technical ability of operators also become the shackles of the development of charging piles.

3、 The charging pile has low utilization rate, increased operating costs, and low enthusiasm for social investment. At present, the negative externalities of public charging facilities are obvious, often due to problems such as "reconstruction of light management, lack of intercommunication among enterprises", some charging piles are in urgent need and unavailable, available charging is too slow, fast charging and there are potential safety hazards. It is difficult to balance the number of public construction piles with the actual utilization rate, and continuous losses weaken the enthusiasm of operators.

4、 The technology needs to be improved and improved. The fast charging equipment and battery technology still need to be improved. The single vehicle stays too long, and the charging speed of different models varies greatly. It is difficult to make full use of the rated installed power resources of the charging pile, resulting in the failure to give full play to the service efficiency of the charging station, which is likely to cause the phenomenon of "one pile hard to find" of the charging pile.
