1. Contact the property company to determine the installation policy of charging piles in the community. At present, the general rule for the installation of charging piles is to require parking spaces with their own property rights. Some properties are not suitable for the installation of charging piles because of their early construction. If the installation of charging piles requires additional technical equipment investment, we must communicate with the property in advance.

2. Inspect the parking space. This kind of inspection refers to the on-site inspection by the owner, which is very important for cost saving. Generally, there will be many power distribution rooms in the community, and the owner will choose one that is close to the parking space, which can save a lot of costs during installation.

3. Provide relevant materials to hand over the copy of ID card, parking space property right certificate (which can be issued by the property), and property consent installation instructions to the staff. At present, Beijing electric power company only accepts the application of charging pile company, and the owner cannot apply by himself.

4. The engineer who inspected the power company on the spot will inform the charging pile company of time, and then the property electrician, charging pile company, power company and the owner will be on the site to determine the final construction plan.

5. After the construction scheme is determined, it is time for installation and construction. Depending on the conditions of each community and the location of the garage, the construction time is different. Some can be completed in 2 hours, while others can be completed all day.

6. After the acceptance, the charging pile company will go to the power company for filing, and the power company will go to the site for acceptance. Then the power company will make the corresponding electric card, or the owner will go to the power supply tool to get it.
